2012-2013 Planning Process
On May 18, 2012, the AAC meeting agreed to begin a new OWLSnet planning process. The previous plan covered the years 2007 through 2010. However, work on a new plan was delayed until the NFLS Board and OWLS Board completed a new Automation Services Agreement and new OWLSnet membership agreements were in place.
