BiblioLabs will work with the Wisconsin Public Library Consortium to launch and support a a statewide indie book and self publishing program and introduce a statewide DRM free, geolocated community reading platform. WPLC has signed a 2 year pilot project contract for this service. There is additional interest and suport for this project from Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.
